Tusselstaff Clara Bow - B/B (9 months) Another lovely youngster, a bit further forward maturity wise than the class winner. Feminine head, dark eyes and neat, well placed rose ears. She has a good muzzle length which is clean housing good dentition. Bodying up very nicely at this stage of her development with good angulation front and rear, her front is straight and clean with tidy feet. Moved well up and down the mat. You can see her mother in her. It was a close call between these two youngsters today and no doubt they will change places many times in the coming months. Good luck with her.

Oh, just a puppy and full of everything! Very giddy but all the same, a nice little package. Pretty puppy with appealing head shape. Enough bone, dark eye. Clean lipped with correct dentition. Movement was a little to assess as she was a little exuberant today, I am sure she will settle with time, Another nice puppy.

1st REVELRY SOUL DIVA. This eye catching black brindle bitch is of a type I like, nice head shape that is balanced, good dark eye, distinct stop and well pronounced cheek muscles, correct bite. She has a Powerful short neck and her front is straight and her feet neat, good depth of brisket, good top line and well angulated rear. She really made her handler work today but I saw enough quality to award her the class and reserve best bitch.

Blk brindle bitch I judged as a youngster. Not disappointed in her today! Love this girl! She has matured beautifully, clean and well balanced. Although quite strong this bitch never loses her femininity. Head of good width and depth with plenty of strength to muzzle. Her eyes are round and dark, her ears are neat and used to their full advantage thus creating a fabulous expression. Short strong neck flowing into correctly placed shoulders. Gleaming coat. Lovely front ,plenty of forechest, ribcage well sprung and brisket deep. Super toned bodyshape enhancing well turned muscular hindquarters. A very classy girl and I honestly don’t know why she isn’t a Champion. Very well handled.
Extremely pleased to award her BEST BITCH, BOS AND RES BEST IN SHOW.

Just two years old this black bitch is in top condition, she truly is a soul diva and was put down hard as nails. She has a strong head, broad skull, round eyes that are set straight at you – the most appealing expression, one to die for. Neat ears, distinct stop, strong under jaw and the perfect dentition, good head and muzzle proportions. I have been waiting to get close to this girl for some time and I am so glad I did today; she is top quality and stunning from all angles. She has a straight front, brisket to the elbow, strong pasterns showing no weakness, well-padded feet. Her coat is smooth, short and gleaming, shoulders well laid back, well-sprung ribs leading to a defined tuck into loin. She moved with purpose, plenty of drive from the rear with a level top line that was held on the move. Another bitch that looks amazing in profile. There was nothing she did wrong today and pushed all the way, a stunning girl and will go on to be awarded top honours. RESERVE BEST OF BREED.

Critique-
Revelry Soul Diva -This Bl Brindle bitch demands your attention and looks you straight in the eye. She was in exceptional condition. Her coat was gleaming; she was in full bloom probably due to just coming into season and as a result perhaps just slightly more stripped out than normal? She has a strong head, strong muzzle and good underjaw. This bitch has great strength for size; she has a good front and is up on her toes. She was making her handler work today but he got plenty from her – they work extremely well together. She has a good front. She is short coupled and she has a thumping, strong back end and is well let down at the hock. She is full of herself and moves with enough front extension and plenty of drive from the rear (perhaps just enthusiastically over reaching on rear very occasionally when she is on her mission and losing self-control). Best bitch and Best in Show today and I am sure she will be in the cards on many an occasion. At just two years of age there is more to come from this lady.

Black brindle and now we’re talking! Stunning bitch who should make the top. She was shown in immaculate condition and bloom. Classy, clean, well sculpted head - absolute top drawer. Her conformation was first class and was evident on the move where she presented a lovely outline. Standing, she tensed up which spoiled her outline. If the handler could get her to free stand she will sell herself. Had she been more relaxed I might have been tempted to award her the top spot. Good luck with her.

6 mths bl/br still looks a baby but gorgeous and has all the qualities. Lovely headshape, neat ears, dark eye, clean muzzle, making a wicked expression, nice straight front, enough rib, short coupled. Correct back end ,level topline and moved well, just giving to much away on maturity to winner, nevertheless one to watch for.

Revelry Soul Diva – Black brindle of just 6 months old. Beautiful head with dark eye, neat ears and an expression to match. Her muzzle is clean and tight lipped with a good underjaw housing a correct scissor bite. Her front is straight with tight feet and good pigment. Her body is developing nicely flowing into well angulated hindquarters. Moved how you would expect for one so young BPB and BPIS

Quality black-brindle bitch. Stood alone but could be pushing for honours in any class. Nice feminine head with a good keen expression, good pigmentation, nice clean muzzle, no excess lip, good dentition, level topline she held on the move. A good bend of stifle, nice tail carriage, moved well along the mat at the correct gait. Just carried a little bit of excess weight for me today. People who know me know I prefer my dogs lean and athletic. Very close between this bitch and winner of Junior Bitch for Best Bitch. The extra couple of pounds cost her today. Reserve Best Bitch

Another quality B/brindle bitch. Lovely head , clearly feminine but lacking nothing. Terrific expression with dark eye & an alertness that followed my every move around the ring ( made me smile). Clean front of good width and adequate depth to fore chest , nice weight of bone and good feet. Good rib and taper when viewed from above and a lightness in the loin that enhanced.
Nicely balanced when viewed in profile , Body (length and depth) balanced to leg length and overall height. Showing a little more angulation in the rear assembly than 1&2 but her movement was true both fore and aft

Lovely bitch ( litter sister to 3rd in previous class) carrying a little more substance than her sibling but still distinctly feminine. Terrific head , defined stop , piercing expression & correct proportion of skull to muzzle . Large teeth with good bite and pronounced cheek muscles. Straight front of good width ( preferred her front to 1) and showing good bone down to tight feet. Viewed from above she showed good rib ( length and width) providing taper from shoulder thru rib to light loin. In profile she is very balanced , leg length compared to height and body depth, and height to overall length balance out nicely. She has good topline and pleasing underline, the latter (as with 1) accentuated by her lovely condition. Her rear quarters were well angulated ( perhaps just a tad over ). A good moving bitch both fore and aft and in profile . A very close decision between 1 & 2.

Blk brindle strongly headed bitch with a bit more head definition than is my ideal but she is full of type. Strong in the underjaw and tight in the lip reasonably dark in the eye, head splits well with good muscle. Straight in the forequarters and up on her pasterns. Balanced with lift. Brisket to elbow, well tucked up and light in the loin, good spring of rib, good rear angulation, short close coat. Angulation provides great support -you could push down on that front and back structure all day, good body definitions, well muscled. Moved efficiently. RCC

All the attributes of the 1st apply to this bitch - it was very very close, I just noticed that on the move she was throwing her left front leg ever so slightly. Asked her to move again and it confirmed it to me – spoke to the handler and told her why I made my decision in the placing and she told me the bitch had injured her shoulder a week or two previously. This cost her dearly today but still a real nice bitch, just needs to rest the injury – should do some winning in the future

Black/brindle of 17 months. What a brace of quality bitches. Another junior out of the top drawer.Pushed one very hard. Excelled in type and confirmation to the standard, being of correct size and balance throughout. Punishing head without being exagerated. Good bite with big white teeth. Clean in lips. Nice underjaw. Dark in pigmentation. Great body and muscle development. A perfect blend of bull and terrier. These two bitches will go far Im sure.

A very classy individual this one, very feminine in demeanour the overall quality of this youngster stands out for all to see. Bl/br well put together head, well set ears and lovely dark eye, mouth excellent, topline and front and rear angulation of the highest order. This one was presented to perfection and handled extremely well and it was my pleasure to award her the Res.C.C. and there is no doubt that higher honours are not far off.

Tapers nicely when viewed from above displaying good rib and a lightness in loin . Strong rear quarters with good angulations complimenting the fore . Effortless when on the move holding her profile throughout.

I have judged this bitch before and to say I like her is an understatement she has an outstanding head piece and is an absolute top drawer bitch for me, rather than repeat her attributes which she has many, today she just did not seem to comfortable in the ring tending to fidget a bit but I could not deny her second place, on a personal note I appreciate the effort it takes to get a bitch in this condition but for me she was just to stripped out for my own personal taste but a cracking bitch that I wish you all the best of luck with in the future

Brindle with a powerfull headpiece and very appealing dark round eyes, ample width to her front, she is shorter in rib and coupleing than winner giving a sharpe tuck up, muscle developement is enhanced by a close coat, not as true as winner on the move, unfortunatly she lost her poise as the class went on , bored maybe?

Litter sister to my Best Dog. She is a stunning b/b of super quality that was right up my street, beautiful clean head shape with clean muzzle, good underjaw and a perfect scissor bite, dark round eyes, ears were very neat, beautiful expression, strong neck leading into shoulders with a clean front and deep brisket, she has good rib,she is short in body and well tucked up into her loin, very nice angulated rear quarters which she used to drive her up and down the mat,she moved soundly holding her topline at all times, she had super tight feet and good amount of pad, when in the challenge for BEst Bitch I thought she just lost her spark abit but a very well deserved Reserve Best Bitch & Reserve Best in Show.

Tusselstaff Little Cracker- Critique by Robert Smith
All the attributes of the 1st apply to this bitch - it was very very close, I just noticed that on the move she was throwing her left front leg ever so slightly. Asked her to move again and it confirmed it to me – spoke to the handler and told her why I made my decision in the placing and she told me the bitch had injured her shoulder a week or two previously. This cost her dearly today but still a real nice bitch, just needs to rest the injury – should do some winning in the future
